Man taken to hospital after van flips

Two vehicles collide at an intersection in Old East York at the corners of Coxwell Avenue and Plains Road July 8. The van driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Accident took place at Coxwell Avenue and Plains Road
A man was taken to hospital Tuesday after the van he was driving collided with a car and flipped over at Coxwell Avenue and Plains Road, south of O'Connor Drive.
Sgt. Tim Burrows said a northbound Toyota and a westbound Pontiac van collided shortly before 9 a.m.
The driver of the van suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The other driver wasn't hurt.
Police closed the intersection of Coxwell and Plains for about two hours as they investigated.
