As a citizen in Scarborough since 1962, I see no reason why Coun. Glenn De Baeremaeker doesn't go after the cyclists who do not pay road taxes or maintenance like we motorist do at the pumps.

This NDP council at city hall is completely out of control with the way they spend our tax dollars. They have no idea how to run a business. They spend and charge the taxpayer for everything and try to fool us by not calling these charges taxes. I am fed up with the czar of this city, his Royal Blondness. I sure hope the people wake up and vote them all out in the next election.
