Police are looking for two male suspects after a man was assaulted and robbed in his home on Monday, Nov. 17.
The incident happened at about 9 p.m. near Bloor Street East and Huntley Street.
Police say two men, wearing disguises, forced their way into the victim's residence and demanded cash. Investigators claim the 44-year-old man's hands were tied and he was struck with a flashlight and threatened with a knife.
The victim claims the suspects then searched the residence and removed a quantity of cash, a camera, a laptop and a cell phone. They fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
Police are looking for a white male, 30 years of age, five-feet six to five-feet eight inches tall with a heavy build and a white male with a medium build. A full description isn't available for the second suspect.
