Two 17-year-old youths face 19 charges stemming from an armed robbery and drug seizure investigation.

Police were called to 1 Vendome Place around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 23 after reports of gunshots in the area and found a victim of an apparent robbery.

One 17-year-old youth, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 27.

A second 17-year-old youth was arrested the following day.

The two accused face 19 charges including conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and two counts of robbery while armed with a gun.

One of the accused also faces charges of cocaine possession and possession of proceeds of crime.

Police are searching for two more suspects.
