Shape-up blueberry smoothie
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups ice cubes (about 16 cubes)
Place blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey in an electric blender; whirl until smooth. Add ice cubes, a few at a time; whirl until finely crushed. Serve immediately.
