David Nickle is playing with words. In stead of conspiracy should we substitute "power grab"? The Mayor has no experience in managing anything but he is now chief personnel director for the City. Only councillors who support him are appointed to lead the committees.

Sounds a lot like Putin and his power grab in Russia. Is this what the voters of Toronto want?
