Is there any wonder why young people are not flocking to the hobby of stamp collecting?
One of the main reasons is because there is a stigma that kids who like to collect stamps are nerds.
They are wrong. By collecting stamps, kids learn about history, geography and art.
My suggestion to young stamp collectors is not to hide their hobby. Kids should be proud to belong to the oldest hobby in the world.
Ask your neighbours and family members to save for you stamps from envelopes and postcards. Join a stamp club in your area.
